Scheme Outline
Partly online, partly offline upgrade of the existing dual three-lane all-purpose dual carriageway A2 south and south-east of Gravesend to dual four-lane motorway standard (with hard shoulders but not classed as motorway). The works will involve upgrades of various junctions, Marlin Cross being significantly redesigned. The old carriageway will be turned into a green corridor separating adjacent housing from the road.
