Scheme Outline
The A499, which is being considered as a candidate trunk road by the Welsh Assembly, is being upgraded in the remaining sections where it is narrow with tight bends. The new route bypasses the village of Clynnog Fawr.
Preliminary site clearance was performed during the winter of 2006/7.
