Scheme Outline
Construction of a new single carriageway road to link the A5/A483 Churncote roundabout west of Shrewsbury with the A528/A5124 Battlefield roundabout to the north, and thus complete a ring road around the town. A new viaduct would be built to carry the road over the River Severn and its floodplain.
