Removal of an at-grade crossroads on the busy A14 trunk route near to Bury St Edmunds, and replacement with two grade-separated junctions.

Progress
- January 2006
- The western fork junction is still under construction. However, the main interchange is now complete - a folded diamond with sliproads in the sout-west and north-east quadrants. This is open to traffic. Resurfacing work has yet to go ahead.
- March 2006
- The road is officially opened on 3 March 2006.
