There's a lot of interest in Northern Ireland for road fans - many differences to the mainland, many roads with singularly beautiful scenery. But we're here to see its motorway network - this roadtrip actually takes in a significant length of it! The roadtrip is split into two. In this, the first half, we see the full length of the A8(M), the notorious Sandyknowes Roundabout, and then descend towards Belfast on the M2, with a vista of the city and its bay opening up ahead of us. The second NI Roadtrip video (not yet available) continues where this video stops.
Many thanks to Wesley Johnston, who shot this video and made it available to CBRD.
